Mission

Major Responsibilities
1. Supplier Management:

2. Quality Assurance and Control:
61 Develop inspection plans and quality control procedures for supplier-provided products and components.
61 Perform incoming inspections and testing to verify supplier compliance.
61 Review and approve supplier documentation, such as quality plans, test reports, and certificates of conformity.
3. Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions:
61 Investigate quality issues related to supplier-provided products and components.
61 Perform root cause analysis and work with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions.
61 Track and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by suppliers.
4. Continuous Improvement:
61 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality performance.
61 Collaborate with suppliers on quality improvement projects and best practices.
61 Monitor industry trends and incorporate new quality assurance techniques and tools.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
61 Prepare and maintain detailed quality assurance records and reports.
61 Summarize supplier performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
61 Assist in the preparation of quality-related documentation for internal and external audits.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
61 Work closely with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of supplier quality practices.
61 Facilitate communication between internal teams and suppliers to address quality concerns effectively.
7. Training and Mentorship:
61 Provide training to suppliers on quality standards, inspection techniques, and problem-solving methodologies.
