崗位職責(zé):
Source new suppliers and products in Worldwide through multiple channels (trade shows such as Canton Fair and CIHS, online platforms, etc.).
Assist the manager in preparing comparison sheets and supporting documents to conduct comprehensive analyses on product specifications, supplier landscape, and market competition.
Identify new suppliers and products in China and Southeast Asia via trade shows, online platforms, and other sourcing methods.
Train new suppliers and refresh existing suppliers on MINISO’s full business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering, Packaging, SQE, SCO, IL, Onboarding, AP, etc.) to drive key projects.
Organize and lead weekly team meetings, including agenda setting, meeting minutes, and follow-up summaries.
File and categorize new product catalogs; regularly update supplier records and business-related documents.
Provide daily operational support as required.
任職要求
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Tableau or Power Apps is a plus.
Excellent logical thinking, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel for business needs.
Prior experience in global sourcing, international trade, manufacturing, or engineering design is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
