崗位職責(zé):
1.Product Planning and Roadmap Design: Based on market trends, brand business strategy and company strategy, formulate long - term development plans and iteration roadmaps for key brand. Work closely with different business team like DTC/EC/Retail to build up seamless connection, focus on product planning, optimization and drive business change.
2.Data Analysis and Decision-making Support: Use data analysis tools (such as SQL, Python, BI tools, etc.) to conduct in-depth mining and analysis of user behavior, product performance and market feedback, extract key insights, and provide data-driven basis for product optimization, new feature development and business decision-making.
3.Project Management: Take overall responsibility for new project rollout and provide solution based on business investigation.
4.Cross - departmental Collaboration and Communication: Have excellent communication skills, establish efficient cooperative relationships with sales, marketing, operation, logistics and other departments, understand and respond to the needs of all parties, coordinate internal resources, and promote the successful promotion and implementation of products in the market.
5.Industry Insight and Competitive Product Analysis: Continuously pay attention to the dynamics of the IT industry, conduct competitive product analysis, identify market opportunities and potential threats, and provide forward - looking suggestions for product strategy adjustment.
任職要求:
1.Bachelor's degree or above. Majors related to computer science, information technology, information systems, business analysis are preferred.
2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail e-commerce, membership, and marketing.
3.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
4.Professional Skills: 1) Prototype Design Tools: Proficient in at least one mainstream prototype design tool (such as Sketch, Modao, Figma, etc.), and be able to design and iterate product prototypes quickly and accurately. 2) System Engineering: Have an in - depth understanding of system engineering principles, including requirements analysis, system design, module division, interface definition, system integration, etc., and be able to collaborate efficiently with the R
